IMPORTANT: International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges. Customs procedures may delay shipments.

• All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
• If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, the package will be returned to TR3 Global. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 7% restocking fee charged on all returns for credit.
• If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package.
• If you refuse to pay the fees and they still deliver the package, TR3 Global will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By doing so you are authorizing TR3 Global to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us. Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason.

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted, however, we must be able to verify both the billing and shipping address prior to shipping your order. We also accept PayPal. (You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card).

For international shipping we use The United States Postal Service.
